Yes, if you're not completely satisfied with your soft toy or doll, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or store credit, as long as it’s unused, in its original packaging, and not a sale item.
If you choose store credit, we’ll cover the return postage. For refunds, return postage will be at your expense. Please note, any free promotional items must also be returned to avoid deductions from your refund.
